Great duplex comprised of 2 individual houses on one lot. Front house has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1501 square feet. Back house has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1551 square feet. Both rent for $2,885 per month. They are north of Adams.

What I love about the home

Amazing Duplex comprised of 2 homes on one lot. The front house has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1501 square feet while the back house is 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1550 square feet. The back house is brand new construction with permits and up to code. Back house has new windows, flooring, roof, kitchen, etc. In the front house the old 1922 structure was remodeled and a new 800 square foot addition was built onto it. It has a new kitchen, roof, flooring, windows, etc. The rent for the front house and the back house combined is $5,770 per month and each unit is individually metered so expenses are low.
