One of the nicest lots in the development, way back end unit with open space around it! This home has tons of upgrades. 2013 brand new heater, A/C, and all new vents were put in the home. Also brand new water heater with an expansion tank and new pressure valve, and all new copper pipes. New hardwood floors and carpet. The washer is new. The refrigerator and stove are new. The hall bathroom was redone, new floor, vanity and toilet. The house also has new fixtures. And the roof, siding , and windows were all done in 2003. All the high ticket items have been taken care of. Big two car garage and fenced in yard. Move in ready just needs paint and cosmetic updating, reflected in the low price. This is inexpensive, one level living in PV schools. Utility bills are very low, please ask for copies. Great unit won't last  More Less
