Home includes 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, converted family room / den, pantry closet, hall closet, and utility closet. Home is cable or satellite ready. I'll allow the tenant to decide which they would like to utilize based on existing hook-ups in the home. As well, trash pick-up (every Wednesday) is included in the rental price.
