Wonderful 5 bed/2 bath split-entry on .61 acres in great neighborhood. This home has been completely renovated - nothing to do but unpack. The home features a front-to-back family room, two working fireplaces, a large walk-in closet in the MBR and three heat zones. It has a new hot water heating system (furnace and baseboards); new kitchen cabinets and granite counters; new stainless steel appliances; new windows; new carpet & porcelain tile flooring; new front door, storm door and slider. The driveway was completely replaced. Both bathrooms have both been updated, incl all new fixtures (in the kitchen, too!). All the electrical outlets, switches and cover plates were replaced. The interior was completely repainted. Ample room to add a garage or carport, if desired. The house has been priced to sell, so act soon.
