My Notes

My home is located in a lovely safe community in South Saualito which sits high on a hill overlooking Richardson Bay, Tiburon and Angel Island. The views are breathtaking which I am reminded of every time I have new visitors (who invariably comment on them)! My home is a condo but because there are only two units and it is very private it feels more like a house.
In 1993-94 the previous owners did a thorough remodel. It included opening up the kitchen and giving it access to the same views from the living room. Adding granite table-tops and high end appliances including a Miele oven and dishwasher and a Sub Zero refrigerator. The fireplace was redone and a luxurious spa bathtub was added to the bathroom. The walk-in closet was also overhauled which added numerous shelves and made better use of the hanging space.
When I moved in around '95 I built out the basement adding shelves to hold around 100 boxes. In addition the the shelving space, there is lots of room for mulitple bicycles, gardening tools and the like. There is a washer and dryer down in the basement as well for your exclusive use.

What I love about the home

I love watching the sun rise from my deck and watching the stars at night from the comfort of my bed. I love the proximity to the great hiking trails?there's a trailhead about 40 yards from my home which leads to views of San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge and the Pacific Ocean after just a short hike! It's very quiet where I live and I very rarely hear my neighbors. It's cool hear all year round and no AC is ever needed. It's a terrific home for entertaining, especially with a barbecue on the deck! The proximity to San Francisco is fantastic?I can drive into San Francisco in 5-10 minutes. And it's an easy bike ride as well!
