Fabulous home in an even better location. In walking distance to ASU. Could be used for investment, first time home buyer, or roomate situation for college students. The comps show that this is a great price. The most important fact about this home is that the neighborhood is fantastic. Each home is well manicured. I have met the neighbors and they are incredible. It feels like home. The interior of the home has tile all except bedrooms new carpet. Huge kitchen and is as clean as a whistle. A huge front lot with new gravel landscape and cute porch. Carport offers plenty of space and a very large storage. Backyard offers enough room to fit a pool and two storage units.
