This is by far the best San Diego Neighborhood. The beach PB is just 10 minutes down Balboa. Schools and Colleges are very near. Shopping, Grocery, Target, Home Depot and several other merchandize stores in the two huge strip malls up the street. Located on the most sought after Mt. Street in the area Canyons keep this neighborhood private, there are only two streets set up like a big culdesac....so only cars traveling down the streets are to home destinations.
