This was a rental income property that has been converted into a single family unit. The rear unit was torn down (as it was illegal), a proper permit was obtained, and a new unit can be built in the back! There is parking in the back.
Neighborhood Description
It's an upscale hippie community with a strong sense of volunteerism. The proximity to the beach makes it privy to the good parts of a local community. The neighborhood is very tightly knit, and many folks know one another.

What I love about the home

Close to beach, great schools, and nice parks. It has the best of San Diego in it's back yard. One of the nicest surfing breaks, Sunset Cliffs, is a 10 minute bike ride away!
