This is a newly renovated "charming" 3 bed, 2 bath - 1,450 sq. feet house (excluding sq. footage of detached garage). Located on a corner lot at "South of the Boulevard" in a very lovely neighborhood.
A number of improvements (see photos) have been made to modernize the house: new concrete front porch and stamped walkway, remodeled kitchen with new wall and floor tiling, 1 new cabinet, and granite counter tops; copper pipe plumbing throughout the house; sliding glass door in room facing backyard. The 2 bathrooms were recently remodeled.
Living /Dining rooms have an open floor plan. Dining room has french doors that open to a lovely covered patio area surrounded by quaint backyard. Lovely, original wooden floors are in the house. Remodeled kitchen includes updated stainless steel appliances. A/C Heater Unit installed. Detached 2-car garage with attached storage space/shed. Excellent schools nearby in neighborhood. Pets are fine with additional rent.
There are just a few minor repairs to be done but the house is 90% ready and available for tenant move-in asap.

Neighborhood Description
Neighborhood is friendly in a suburban setting. People walk their dogs, jogging, and walking regularly. It is 2 blocks off of Topanga Canyon and so, it is quiet yet conveniently close enough to the main street and freeway. The main street has restaurants, cafes (Starbucks is within a nice leisurely 10-min walk), boutiques, and other neighborhood businesses within reasonable walking distance.
