The home is on 4 +/- acres and the views are gorgeous. The property is located in a gated and private community and about 1.5 miles from US Hwy. 59 gate entrance in Kansas, OK. The driving distance from this home to HWY. 412 is approximately 6 miles. It is close to the community Fire Department. The roads are paved and this home is easy to get to. The water is public and the home is on septic.There are oak, pine and hickory trees that dot the landscape. The covered picnic area is a such a nice outdoor space.Per county records the home was built in 1999 and is 1940 square feet and an additional 500 sq. ft. more or less finished above the main floor. The garage is a double car garage and is right off of the front entrance to the home.The home and garage exterior has new paint and the roofs are metal. The exterior of the home is very appealing. The rock and mortar retaining wall and sidewalk that go down to the walk-out exterior entrance was done well. It gives the home character. The home has three levels and all levels have an exterior entrance.The front porch is the entrance to the balcony around the home. The living room and dining room has floor to ceiling windows that allow the view of the outdoors. The living room sports a handsome Schrader Fireplace (brand name) wood stove. The rock used to construct the hearth underneath the stove, mimics the stone on the retaining wall outside. The carpet in this area is very plush. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area. It has a dishwasher, electric range and garbage disposal. The sink is stainless steel. The oak cabinets are rich honey in color. The floor is vinyl.This floor has two bedrooms. One of them has a sliding entry from the balcony. What a view! There is also a full bath on this floor. The sink area is separate from the tub and stool. From this ground level floor you either go down or up the spiral stair case to the top floor or to the walk out basement area.There is a half bath and a loft appeal to the living/Bedroom area. The ceiling is cathedral with exposed wood beams.
