This secure complex is in a great location and is walking distance to Cal Tech, the Lake Shopping District and Old Town.It s an artful, contemporary and modern condo with lots of natural light! It has been completely remodeled throughout with a brand new modern kitchen, updated bath rooms (the master has a wonderful shower with a skylight and travertine tile), brand new wood floors, freshly painted through out with new light fixtures from West Elm. There are beautiful mountain views from the living room/patio and master bedroom. Included in the rent are all major appliances (refrigerator, new oven/stove, and new washer/dryer). Also included are two side-by-side underground parking spaces in the gated garage. The complex has water fountains throughout making it very tranquil, as well as a nice and quiet pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area.
