Located on the quiet side of the condo complex
Neighborhood Description
Condo is in an excellent neighborhood and location. Walking distance to CalTech, Fuller Seminary, Paseo Colorado, Old Town Pasadena, Lake Shopping District, Public Library, less than 15 minute walk to the Metro Rail Station (Fillmore), and walking distance to schools. Five minute drive to Pasadena City College. Pasadena shuttle bus stops in front of condo complex as well as a Metro bus line (#177). Can't beat the convenience of having everything within walking distance. Entrance to condo is very private and close to the parking, don't need to use elevator, just a short walk up the stairs from the garage

What I love about the home

Beautiful terra cotta tile floor throughout except for bedrooms, high ceilings throughout, close to parking spaces, large bath tub in MBR, Mediterranean tile in kitchen and wonderful color scheme in all areas. Nice view of trees. Condo is well insulated during summer and winter, does not need much utilities. Nice waterfalling sounds from complex's water fountain system
