Located less than two blocks from the highly desirable Minnehaha Parkway area, there are plenty of things to do with your loved ones. Enjoy the miles of trails perfect for walking, running, biking and rollerblading. Or just pack a lunch to enjoy with your family as you sit soaking in the rays around Lake Nokomis. There are dog parks nearby as well. Also less than four blocks away is the popular 48th and Chicago area which provides excellent shopping and restaurant options, as well as the Parkway Theater.
