My Notes

Sun-filled expansive South End SOWA District loft with an unforgettable open living room with huge sun filled windows. This home features a full granite and slate bath wit jet tub and private laundry.It has a granite and stainless kitchen, gas cooking, bamboo hardwood flooring and a/c in an elevator building. Fabulous common roof deck with spectacular views of all of downtown. The original part of "The Harrison" was built in the mid 18th century. Used as stables and further along it was storage for all the Macy's decorations. In the 70's it became true artist space where local artist worked on their craft. The three original floors still remain and three add to the top. The left side was an addition of another six story building finished on 2004. What makes this a "true loft" is its location in the oldest section of the building. The loft has 15+ foot ceiling and huge windows with original concrete beams for support.
