My Notes

Edit
Gorgeous Duplex in mint Condition. Conveniently located to Ansley/Peidmont Park. Minutes from Atlantic Station, Food, Shopping, and Entertainment. Nestled in the heart of Atlanta's hottest Intown neighborhoods: Virginia-Highlands, Inman Park, Morningside. Suburban feel with Intown convenience.
Neighborhood Description
First developed in 1904, Ansley Park was the dream of Edwin P. Ansley who, along with several prominent Atlanta businessmen of the time, purchased a large plot of land north of the city from longtime owner George Washington Collier. Ansley envisioned a new motorcar-oriented suburb of wide, winding streets and green parks designed to attract Atlantas wealthiest and most prestigious families. In fact, Ansley Park was home to Georgias Governors Mansion for many decades. Ansleys vision of a gracious, harmonious neighborhood that would be an oasis in the midst of the bustling city of Atlanta lives on today, in great part thanks to the efforts of the Ansley Park Civic Association. Since the 1960s, the Association has been an active force in maintaining the neighgorhoods integrity and sense of community.

Market guide

Zillow predicts 30324 home values will rise 2.2% next year, compared to a 4.7% increase for Atlanta as a whole. Among 30324 homes, this home is valued 39.5% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 3.2% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In 30324, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 46.9% less than in Atlanta, and 7.8% less than the national average. This lower local number could help 30324 home values rise more quickly than other regions in Atlanta.
