Neighborhood Description
A true neighborhood where children ride bikes on the sidewalks and neighbors stop and talk while walking their dogs. Close to downtown and shopping. Upscale, self-sufficient and yet not ostentatious. Close to public boat ramp, yacht club, executive airport and parks. There's no better place to live than Davis Islands in Hillsborough County, it has it all.

What I love about the home

Airy and open. Great for entertaining and family time. We've spent many evenings enjoying good friends and good wine on the deck. Sunday mornings reading the paper by the pool. Deciding at the last minute to take the family fishing on the bay. A very family friendly and functional house.
