There is great charm and character in this bungalow. The room arrangement allows for a lot of flexibility in how you use it. The upstairs living space could be either living room or dining room. The downstairs space could be living room or den, and features a wood stove for extra coziness. The outdoor spaces, with the enclosed front porch, the large screened back porch, the deck and the yard are all wonderful. The location is so convenient, just a few minutes from the PVTA bus line, post office, shops and restaurants. It is also very close to an amazing trail network, great for hiking, snow shoeing or cross country skiing.
