The house has awesome potential for those that want to raise a family with a private safe street and yard for their kids who will also be benefiting from the Lexington School system. This house is also actually closer to Belmont hill/center than Lexington center so a special spot with proximity to Belmont ctr and as much as 15 minute faster commute from Boston when coming home compared to West North Lexington/near 128 and Burlington etc

Because there is no direct RE broker able to offer a lower price ( may be cheapest in Lexington now and when checking zestimate value you will see the value in this comparing to other listings ) and have discovered ugly truth in that several brokers have admitted to not showing this house due to seller not an agent ( called entry only listing with RE lawyer handling offers etc).
