Neighborhood Description
We live on a street that has children of all ages. What used to be rental property on the street is now owner occupied. The street is on a hill and is used in the summer to access the newly renovated pool and pool house at the top of the hill. There are also tennis courts, basketball court , baseball diamonds and a large cookout shelter and playground there.You can walk there in three minutes. This is not a busy street and we get some foot traffic especially in summer. Our neighbors are from different cultures, we have Indians, African Americans, Latinos, East Europeans, and Caucasians. You can walk down to the main shopping district in about seven minutes to catch a train or meet a friend for coffee. There is a vibrant cultural side to living here with an active community theatre and a village improvement society. Library movies and galleries with local and visiting artists. 

What I love about the home

Close proximity to public pool and park, easy access to downtown shopping and train to NYC. Two minutes to major highway. Quiet neighborhood, excellent schools.
