Neighborhood Description
A beautiful quiet view. There is an animal rescue farm a few acres from the rear of the house. What I love about the home
The size of this home, with its layout, is convenient and refreshing. The white oak hardwood floors (also in the kitchen) are a welcome instead of sub-flooring that requires carpeting (high maintenance). The taxes are low - a. $2700. There is ample closet space in the three bedrooms. The full basement, which has been power washed and the floor painted (and also has new windows) has a lot of possibilities. Newer sub pump, well tank, and new roof. This house is in no need of major work and is ready for you to move in and enjoy your home for years to come. Enjoy the fresh mulberries come spring! This house is very energy sufficient. It does not take much to cool in the summer and takes little effort and oil to heat in the winter thanks to the newer insulation in basement and attic and the energy efficient double panel windows.
