This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1 car garage located in the SE yacht club area. this is a large pie shaped lot, 80' across the front and 145' across the back all on a sea wall with a dock. A lot has been done to this house. All new paint inside and out, all new light fixtures and fans, all new switches and outlets, 2 new toilets, new vanities in both baths, new steel door between kitchen and garage, new hurricane rated garage door and opener, garage painted walls and speckled floor, new roof on back lanai, all new metal and screen on back lanai, new soffits installed. all patio door wheels replaced and locks all work. this house has 1385 sq ft. plenty of room to add a 3rd bedroom. house built in 1964, tile roof. ac works good.
what it needs: kitchen has been gutted and ready to install a new kitchen, the floors are all terrazzo, ready to be refinished, tiled or carpeted, the interior doors are currently all flush doors and a few need to be replaced. house is solid.
