NOT a Short Sale! What a wonderful home in a great location. Very convenient to USF. Everthing's been done for you, to include new maple finish kitchen cabinets, tiled counters, and black appliances done in 2004, new roof in 2001, new A/C in 2008, water heater replaced in 2007, updated bathrooms, beautiful lighting and ceiling fans and ceramic tile throughout the home. The cathedral ceilings and the living room being open to the dining room and kitchen gives an open feel. There?s a home security system and a sprinkler system on a timer for the yard. The large living room has a great wood burning fireplace to cuddle up next to. Each of the bedrooms are very roomy and there's lots of closet space. Newly painted interior with fabulous colors! There's a huge 300 square foot bonus room that's not reflected in the public records square footage of this home. The whole house is sparkly clean and absolutely move-in ready! Step out into your good-sized backyard and pick your own pink grapefruit! There's even a storage shed to house all of your lawn tools. Don't miss out on the $8,000 first time home buyer tax credit by waiting around to get a short sale approved.
