Lovely brick ranch home in Berkeley on a well manicured quiet block steps away from Inspiration Point Park. This home has a nice flow and two giant picture windows with views of the mountains, central a/c, hardwood floors and nice natural light. Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Nice covered back patio with great surrounding neighbors. Even though this home is close and convenient to get on the highway there is no highway noise, plus you are so close to all northwest Denver, Wheatridge, and Arvada have to offer. A wonderful place to call home!

What I love about the home

The location of this home is great! It's in Northwest Berkeley right at the foot of Inspiration Point Park. It's also close to the highway but you can't hear the highway. You are very close to Berkeley park, Tennyson St shops, Arvada market place(costco), and all Wheatridge has to offer. I love the front porch, the big shade tree and the view of the mountains on a nice day. Great neighbors and block to boot.
