What I love about the home

I love this home because it has a very warm feel, and it truly feels like a home. The family room/great room is awesome and great for entertaining or simply having a night cap with your significant other. The living room is truly a great place to enjoy a nice wood fire and read a book, or the newspaper or simply relax. The kitchen has high end counters, cabinets, and appliances, and a brick walled fireplace right there for ambience. The bathrooms are totally updated. The corner lot allows the home to display well and have great street presence. The location is absolutely awesome and so convenient. The neighborhood is self-contained, quiet, and great for walking or chatting with neighbors. The location is acutely placed within close proximity to schools, golfing, tennis, marinas, highway access, dining, shopping and night life! This home truly offers just about everything you could ask for, and I am sure you can imagine yourself living here!
