My Notes

With refinished original oak doors and surrounds, hardwood floors, mother of pearl light fittings, built in oak bookcases and an incredible bathroom, this condo is classically elegant, and beautifully furnished with antiques (you need to promise to take good care of them for us!). Less than a mile from Barnes Jewish Hospital, St Louis College of Pharmacy and Washington University Medical School (there's also a bus stop right across the street that takes you right to Barnes in 5 mins). Half a mile from Forest Park. Less than 2 miles from Saint Louis University2.4 miles from Wash U Danforth CampusWithin a minute's walk of restaurants, bars, bookstores, boutiques, antiques stores, a gym, a salon etc, but you cannot hear noise from the bars at night (Basically it is a fantastic area to live!)Nearest metrolink is at Barnes.Huge (and always nearly empty) free parking lot behind the building! A number of the spots are dedicated for the building, but the rest of the parking lot is unused, as it belongs to the empty church next door, and they allow our building's residents to park there. Air conditioning unit is less than a year old. Gas heater. This is a non-smoking unit.
