What I love about the home

This home is located in the desirable North Shore Pacific Highlands neighborhood of North Pacific Beach. The lots is oversized compared to most in this location. The home is well designed, creating a well use of all space. There is no "wasted space" in this home. The home is turn-key so the buyer doesn't have a project on their hands. It great for families and even people wanting to downsize and get closer to the beach. It is private and has a nice warm feel about it. The walkability from this home is great. Close to Kate Session park, schools, shops, dining, and THE BEACH!
