Adams County is planning the new light rail/work/live center, all centered around the new light rail station, which will be part of the RTD's FasTracks Gold Line, going from Union Station all the way to I-70 and Ward Road in Wheatridge. There will be seven stations along the way. The station at 60th and Federal will be the new Clear Creek Transit Village development.
