Awesome landscape package with irrigation system, a nice amount of grass, a flagstone patio with fire pit and big play area for the kids. Tile in 1/2 bath, entry, dining area, and kitchen. House has a upgraded tech package including surround sound. Every room has a ceiling fan. Pendant lights in kitchen. Kitchen has upgraded cabinets as do the 2 full bathrooms.

What I love about the home

We often see Antelope, Deer, Owls, Hawks, and all sorts of other wildlife around. Quiet cul-de-sac is perfect for the kids to play safely. The lot is one of the biggest in the neighborhood!
