My Notes

New renovations to this home in 2011 have updated the Master Bedroom custom walk-in closet, backyard deck and front portico to provide a stately colonial look and appeal.
The home has brand new custom high end appliances in the kitchen and a new massive external gas powered back up generator has been installed to mitigate power outages in the neighborhood.
Each of the four bedrooms has huge walk-in closets and lots of room for a growing family or an in-law suite for established family units. This home has been lovingly cared for and treated with kid gloves throughout.
The unfinished basement is over 2,000 square feet with a small gym, wine cellar, and room for an entertainment center if desired. Energy efficient appliances and water heater were recently installed in 2011 and natural gas is used for the appliances, heating & cooling and washer and dryer, if desired.
New high end low noise garage doors have been installed with external key pad and customer landscaping accent the curb appeal of this home.
Neighborhood Description
Very well maintained and exclusive neighborhood. High end homes and immaculately kept lawns and community feel. 15 minutes from T.F. Green airport, 45 minutes from Newport, RI and the beaches, 10 minutes from Providence College, historic Federal Hill and downtown Providence, 15 minutes from I-295 and I-95.

What I love about the home

I love the huge rooms in every part of the house yet it maintains a very cozy and intimate feel. We often use the working fireplace in the family room in the winter and the electric fireplace in the Master Bedroom. The kids love the Jack & Jill bathrooms so that they have a private connection away from the parental units and the basement is great for my gym equipment and wine cellar. Because we are in a closed cul-de-sac or ("close") and the house sits on a corner lot there is a great deal of privacy from traffic and neighbors. Yet, the house is only 10 minutes from downtown Providence with its restaurants, Brown University, Providence College, 3 hours from New York City, and one hour from Boston. The train station is 10 minutes away whenever you want to travel while Newport and Narragansett Beaches are less than one hour away.
