Bright, airy single floor living in this open concept ranch home abutting conservation land and walking trails in popular Piscassic River Village. This beautiful home features cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, first floor laundry, 4 season room, master with full bath and sizable 2nd bedroom, large closets, open concept kitchen with island, pantry and built-in desk. Unfinished dry basement. Oversized one car garage. Owner has made many improvementsâupdated light and bath fixtures, carpet, refrigerator and dishwasher, full interior paint, storm doors and Hunter Douglas shades throughout the home. New Buderus high efficiency boiler, new insulation in basement ceiling and 4 season room floor. Outside deck features retractable awning. 

What I love about the home

I can walk out my back door to the trails that take us to the Piscassic River and falls. My yellow Lab Sky loves the freedom. This neighborhood has the nicest people, always offering a helping hand. I never feel alone here. The home is an open concept, bright, warm and comfortable. I love having coffee in the 4 season room in the winter months and the outside deck in the summer. I have installed a retractable awning over the deck. I also installed a new high end Buderus heating system, added insulation to the attic and replaced the insulation in the basement ceiling that has reduced my heating costs tremendously. The home has central AC, a master bath, built-in shelving and drawers in the closets. I have done so many projects since I purchased this home to make it perfect! I will miss this home!
