Recently added 970 square ft addition to home. The house is now 4021 square feet. The lot size is in excess of 21,800 Sq ft. 6 bedrooms, 4 bath.

What I love about the home

Beautiful sweeping unobstructed view of the East Bay Hills from the front of the house. Half Acre lot size with creek in the back and full privacy in the back yard. A virtual forest of shade trees in addition to a 27 fruit bearing tree orchard and a large vineyard on the half acre site. A large mother-in-law apartment recently added making the home size 4021 square feet.
