Classic French country home with many elite features and a fineness usually found in far more expensive and large properties. Stunning coastal hill views over Woodside preserve land.

What I love about the home

I bought the home as the original owner in 1984 and more than doubled the original price with many elite improvements to make the overall quality comparable to homes valued at $5-10+ million. Home backs on to open space owned by the town of Woodside that will never be developed. It was never resold at $200K or any other price since bought new in 1984. Values in the Woodhill Estates neighborhood are rising rapidly. 13 Woodhill Drive recently sold in a private sale for $2.325 million despite being an average house for the neighborhood with two large water storage tanks right behind the property. And 47 Woodhill just sold for $2.45 million with one bid even higher in just a few days. It is an smaller, average house and sold for about $1000/sq ft. Our elite neighborhood that offers fine living in a quiet area close to highway 280 for easy commuting. At $1000/sq ft, 5 Woodridge Court would be valued at $3.5+ million.
