Spectacular Pleasant Hill 3bd/2.5ba townhouse walking distance to downtown Pleasant Hill's Crescent Plaza! Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, bike trails, freeway access! Beautiful community with lush greenbelts and trees. This townhouse is an end unit with two levels and 1538 square feet of living space. There is a tile entry which leads to a hallway with a coat closet. To the left of entry is the living room, with Pergo floors, vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. Formal dining room has Pergo floors, a chandelier and is very spacious. Kitchen has tile floors, tile counters, a fridge, a Viking restaurant-quality gas range, dishwasher and disposal. A small dining area/breakfast nook is in the kitchen. There is a slider from this dining area to the back patio. Bedroom 1 is downstairs and has Pergo floors. There are built-in bookshelves and a built-in desk area (no closet)... there is plenty of room for bedroom furniture! Half bathroom in the lower hallway. Staircase to the upper level. Upper landing has a linen closet and a closet with washer & dryer. Bedroom 2 is very spacious and has Pergo floors, vaulted ceilings and a walk-in closet. Hall bathroom has a shower over tub. Master bedroom is huge! Pergo floors, vaulted ceilings with beautiful designer ceiling fan, 2 closets and the attached master bathroom has a new vanity with granite counters and a shower over tub. 
Home has central heat & AC. 
Rent includes HOA dues. Tenant pays all other utilities.
