Close to NPTU Ballston Spa (in the summer I rode my bicycle to work) and down the street from the Global Foundries bike path. Easy access to both exit 13 and 12 on I-87. First floor has a living room/dining room, family room, 1/2 bath and kitchen. Second floor has three bed rooms, full bath with bathtub and shower combo, washer/dryer space (HE washer and dryer already installed) and an office. The basement is unfinished but dry and good for storage or work space. 200 amp electrical service. Tankless water heater installed last spring and high efficiency furnace is five years old. The back yard is fenced in with a large sandbox and two year old playground. There is also a shed in the back of the yard with a lawn mower and wheel barrow. New roof Neighborhood DescriptionOlder neighborhood, walking distance to village pool and three parks with play ground equipment.Owner pays water and trash removal, tenant pays electrical, gas, cable and internet. 

What I love about the home

You are four houses from the main street in town and four houses from the elementary school. The back yard is perfect for small children and small pets.
