Neighborhood Description
This is a great neighborhood with great people all around this property. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and tight knit. This would be a great neighborhood for someone just starting a family or even those with a big family already. We are in one of the best school districts in the state with everything from day care all the way up to getting a masters degree at Ursinus College all within 10 minutes!

What I love about the home

There is a ton of closet space and a floored attic that fits a ton of stuff! The deck is great for cookouts and basement with a walk out patio is a great place to entertain. This home is only a few years old so it's practically brand new. The bedrooms are the perfect sizes and the set up of the house is great with two full baths and a laundry room.
