Open House Sunday 3/09, 12 to 3 pm. Hosted by Jerry Gavaldon. Home is ready to move in, great location in Old Town . Seller open to reasonable offers! Beautiful Old town home on a nice open corner lot. The home has a newer furnace, new roof, new rain gutters and outside paint and stucco. The home is very clean with wood floors in the bedrooms. The wood floors are covered by carpet in the living and dining room. The floors are in great condition. There is a one car detach garage with a separate workshop, patio with cover and nice fenced yard. Priced well for Old Town!This home is with in walking and biking distance to Old Town. Close to Martinez Park, bike trails and schools.Broker Remarks: 2 bed rooms in the basement are non conforming. There is a kitchen in the basement with out the gas range. Window coverings are excluded. Being sold "As Is Where Is" 

What I love about the home

Home is on a nice large corner lot. Walking distance to Old Town, Martinez Park, Museum and Trails.
