This remodeled home in Lake Conway Estates has been lovingly maintained...pride of ownership will be obvious as you walk through this 3-bedroom home. This home is located 2 blocks from the community boat ramp that has access to the Lake Conway Chain. The home is freshly painted and has many upgrades. Some are energy-saving features such as new energy-efficient double pane windows, R30+ attic insulation, and new low flow bath fixtures. You must see this home to appreciate it. It has laminate flooring throughout, plantation shutters in the living room, custom maple kitchen cabinets with slide out storage and lazy susan, an island bar in kitchen, tumbled stone backsplash and a reverse osmosis water system in kitchen sink. There are new lighting fixtures throughout the house, the water system has been replumbed, there are 5 ceiling fans with remote controls, complete new guest bath with new travertine tile, master bath has spa tub with oversized shower and marble countertops, a see through fireplace between the living room(marble) and family room(brick).
