Ocean view from the living room and the patio. This is a street level unit with elevator accessed underground parking for two cars. The beach is easily accessed through the complex or by the street. There are two Jacuzzi spas within the complex, one on each side of gate to beach. Relax during the day or in the evenings!This condo is WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY, not fully ADA compliant, but still accessible. The entry threshold has been lowered, door openings widened, and a shower with seat and grab bars added. We have frequent guests from Project Walk.Just a short walk to Historic Downtown, movies, shopping, restaurants and&Atildeamp;Acirc; nigh-life.
