Schools are lakeview elem, mt. Juliet middle, mt. Juliet high. Zillow keeps listing us in greenhills......must be a glitch. We are in Langford farms sub.:)

Almost half an acre lot but has a vacant lot next to it that belongs to neighbors so will not be built on.....feels like an acre
Good cabinet space in kitchen, Fridge negotiable, stainless stove and microwave stay. see pics of all the nice organizational kitchen features plus an additional pantry
NO HOA FEES Home was original model home and grandfathered in with no hoa's for life
Separate living and family room
Dinning room currently used as office

What I love about the home

Character you won't find in a new cookie cutter home. The floor plan is great for families. The condition is like new with all the system, roof and window updates. Neighbors are wonderful. Peaceful setting with huge beautiful oak trees in the front yard for great shade!! Back deck is covered and relaxing to sit on with no neighbors right in your business:) Love the fire pit we put in!! The list is endless. If you want a house that is unique......this is it!!
