My Notes

Charming Cape Cod home with a Rocking chair front porch 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths on 1.77 private acres. The home features hardwood and tile floors throughout, awesome kitchen with granite tops, Big bonus room w/full bath, every mans dream Workshop nestled in the private back yard. Beautiful home in the Mount Vernon / North Hall school districts.

What I love about the home

Location and view have been our favorite aspects here! This neighborhood is quiet and sits on larger acreage tracts than most subdivisions. Our tract is very private and very beautiful - it's like you're in your own world, tucked away in the country away from the pace of city life. We built a large barn (40' x 36') for hobbies, storage and keeping our lawn care equipment. This "barn" is so big it could be someone's house! Inside, the main house has had every upgrade imaginable - hardwood flooring throughout (even upstairs), tiled bathrooms, granite countertops, beautifully renovated kitchen with cherry Kraftmaid cabinets and lots of uba tuba countertops, all stainless appliances, including a trash compactor. Exterior features abound with a new roof with architectural shingles, beautifully manicured lawn with an arbor over the back deck that's covered in Confederate Jasmine, brick walkway, decking that's flanked with wrap-around planter boxes full of perennials like boxwood and hostas. Zoysia grass abounds. There is a trickling creek that runs along the back border of the property that our sons have played in endlessly. The truth is, we hate to move. Our loss will surely be your gain. Come see it and you'll want to buy it, we're confident of that.
