You'll never know it's even partially below grade! Home has flat/disabled access, roll in shower, hardwood flooring throughout. Elevator makes home truly universal living for a lifetime! Five minutes from shopping and access to I-90. Great schools and public transportation add to the perfect neighborhood!
Neighborhood Description
Small, new subdivision of just 13 homes is a tight-knit community and a great place to live. Children's "tot lot" and cul-de-sac/no outlet area means little to no traffic! Close to everything: new Swedish Hospital, shopping, interstate highway, library, tons of restaurants and other establishments to make life healthier, safer, tastier and easier!
 

What I love about the home

We designed and built this home to be the last one we'd ever have to live in and it includes everything to make life easier for a disabled individual as well as function perfectly for the remainder of the family. The open concept floor plan is great for the way we live today yet still allows privacy where appropriate. The elevator we added means that no one is limited as far as where they can go in this house! Good spaces for entertaining or just being cozy. We love it!
