One bedroom with office-den in historic 1923 brick hotel converted to condos in 1991. This unit is super nice and perfectly set up for a work from home person. View of the Space Needle, and a nice "City of Lights" skyline view at night. Garage parking available at $100.

What I love about the home

Very nice unit, views, easy commute to downtown, very walkable neighborhood, Starbucks and bus stop nearby, easy I-5 access. Restaurants, bookstores,and Broadway entertainments are close by.
