My Notes

Well maintained beautiful home on 10.99 acres of privacy, excellent floor plan for entertaining/empty nesters. Kitchen/Breakfast Room/Family room are all open, walking out to a huge 40 x 12 deck and also 10 x 10 covered porch off back. Very oversized laundry/mud room with plenty of storage on main level. Home has large Master BR/bath on main level and a separate formal dining room. Main living area has no stairs. Family Room off kitchen has huge windows looking to back yard, wood floors, and a woodburning fireplace. LOW MAINTENANCE LOT with complete privacy, the home sits alone at the end of a long paved street. The land is completely wooded with a beautiful level ridgetop behind the house, would support a horse or two, with park bridle trails nearby, but most of lot is heavily wooded and hilly, very private, in a subdivision of nice homes on 10 acre lots. Great access to I-44 at Six Flags exit or to Manchester/Hwy 100 and West County shopping, close to everything but away from it all.
Neighborhood Description
Privacy is the key word here. You can't see or hear your neighbors, nor can they see or hear you. But they are neighborly, and more than willing to give you a hand or visit with you at the mailbox.

What I love about the home

This home is spacious with an abundance of storage space, including walk-in closets, hall closets, a bathroom closet, an over-sized laundry room with cabinets and a large closet, and a walk-in pantry. Additionally, the first floor of this house has everything a couple or individual needs to live comfortably without the need to use stairs: the laundry, the kitchen, the bedroom and full bath. For nature lovers, there is an abundance of wildlife, including deer, wild turkeys and every kind of bird. If you work downtown, quick access to IH 44 gives you an easy route to downtown St. Louis.
