Located in North Pacific Beach between Pacific Beach and La Jolla. Quite neighborhood yet close to everything. One block from Tourmaline surfing beach. The only one of two units in building to have a small yard and patio so large dog is allowable. The unit has windows that faces all four directions N,S,E,W.
It is walking distance to Crystal Pier and to Bird Rock. There are great restaurants, gas station, grocery store, coffee shops, and the beach a few blocks away.
Neighborhood Description
North Pacific Beach is a quiet and clean neighborhood but steps away from all the actions: restaurants, cafe shops, grocery store, beach, etc. It neighbors La Jolla (one street away). It is a prime location for surfing in PB. It is a very dog friendly neighborhood and beach bike friendly as well.
 
What I love about the home
The things I love most about this unit is the windows with the plantation shutters and the backyard/patio which has a custom built in bench that can sit up to 12 people around a fire pit. There's a water hose outside to water your garden too. The light is good inside the unit because there are windows everywhere and it doesn't feel like an appartment. There are only two units that connects to this condo (one above and one to the right) so there other three sides faces open space. The building have friendly people who owns or rent. The condo building is small enough that you get to know your neightbors. Best of all, it's one block from the beach so everyday you can take a stroll along the Pacific ocean. I love this place.
