Immaculate Levitt and Sons built 4 bed, 3 and 1/2 bath home with amazing updgrades. Inviting Front Porch awaits you with your morning coffee, and step inside the front door to a fabulous floor plan with tremendous upgrades incl. plantation shutters on every window on the first floor. Downstairs has true wood flooring in all rooms. Inside the front door you are greeted by a formal living room and a formal dining room with crown molding and plenty of room for entertaining. Head to the open kitchen and family room area where a casual get together can happen anytime. This current owners recently replaced the kitchen cabinets with true wood 42" custom cabinets, granite counter tops, pendant lights and stainless steel appliances and don't forget to check out the Gas Stove.
