My Notes

This updated, ranch-style home in the Town of Bow Mar enjoys 3,339 square feet of living space with an oversized, two-car garage. The .99 acre lot is located on a quiet block within easy walking distance of the Bow Mar beach and is in the Littleton School District. The living room, with a wood burning fireplace, is spacious and has tons of natural light. The formal dining room will accommodate a table big enough for any family holiday dinner. The large window and sliding glass door offer lots of natural light and access to the front patio. The sparkling new kitchen is spacious and sports beautiful cherry flooring, granite counters and features Kenmore appliances. The casual dining area overlooks the backyard. A terrific peninsula offers additional seating and storage, and acts as a visual break between the kitchen and the family room. Cherry floors extend into the family room lined with many windows. A door exits to the covered rear patio for outside dining and a hallway off to the left leads to the guest bathroom, laundry room and access to the garage. The spacious master bedroom has lots of closet space, its own bathroom and private access to the backyard. Expansion of the master bath is easy thanks to a crawl space providing access to electrical and plumbing. All of the additional bedrooms are quite large, one with two big windows. There is a hall bathroom that services the extra bedrooms. A large laundry room is just down the hall off the family room. A guest powder room is located down the same hall. The oversized, two-car garage also has an attic for storage. Kids will find the backyard flat and perfect for playing. The rear neighbor has installed expensive and attractive iron fencing, along with plenty of shrubs and trees for privacy. Perfect for summer dinners and entertaining, the large covered patio offers a great place to relax. Nearly all of the windows in the house have been replaced and the majority of the home also sports new plumbing. Two natural gas furnaces, one of which is brand new, heat the home. Both have new air conditioners, and the homes roof was replaced at the end of 2011. The electrical system has been updated, including a new 200 amp service panel.
