PG (MS) The house is nestled in a quiet Marbella Woods subdivision near Kirkman/Vineland/Turkey Lake Rd, one mile from the front gate of Universal Studios. With easy access to I-4, I-Drive, the Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia, restaurant row, the Florida Turnpike, 528, downtown Orlando and Disney, this is a prime location central to The City Beautiful. The unit includes an attached one car garage and one car driveway. The units may all look the same from the outside, but this one is a real gem on the inside! The house is bright and cheerful, especially downstairs where there is a huge vaulted ceiling. The kitchen was completely remodeled 2 years ago and features extra-large cabinets with two lazy susans, granite countertops, under-cabinet lighting and an expanded section for additional storage and counter space. A sliding glass door in the living room leads to a private, paved patio with garden-like landscaping. The patio has a covered area that is nice for a table and chairs and there is an enclosed storage room with shelving. This is an end unit with no rear neighbors. The laundry area includes a full-size washer and dryer with shelves/cabinets for storage. Both bedrooms and full baths are upstairs and will have brand new flooring. (New bathroom flooring installed last week, new carpet installed this week.) There is a walk-in closet and an additional sink/vanity. We have removed the wallpaper and painted to make the townhome more contemporary. Amenities include lawn maintenance provided by the HOA, a community pool and community dumpsters for trash pick-up.
