The newly renovated kitchen (2012) offers beautiful cabinetry featuring pull-out shelves, lazy susans, lighted display cabinets, pan drawers, and full extension drawer hardware as well as granite counters, an under-mount sink and built in eat-in space with storage. The renovated hall bath is current and exquisitely done. Irrigation is on a separate meter. There is a second, central a/c for the family room, pool bath and an 8' by 7' room that could be storage or a cubby office.
