Neighborhood Description
Mostly homeowners, with family members living in other half of duplex. Quiet neighborhood with many people upgrading.
Corner market. 1000+ new homes and townhomes going in within a couple of miles. Starbucks just came in. North of the frwy. The easy access to everything: 210, 605, pasadena, fair grounds, several universities, Costco, Northrup Grumman aerospace employer, City of Hope cancer research hospital, mountain skiing is 15min to Mt Baldy, hiking is 15 min to San Gabriel canyon, etc.

What I love about the home

The 4 pm breeze. The easy access to everything. The new oak kitchen cabinets with lazy susans and built in sp for micro, travertine and ceramic tile floors. The new dual pane, tilt in windows for easy cleaning.
