Each bedroom has a built in Elfa closet system. There is a laundry area and a small detached bonus room that is currently being used as an office. The property is completely private and is surrounded with majestic redwood trees, giving it the feeling and tranquility of a treehouse. It is extremely quiet and has no road noise. It has a long newly built private driveway that has extra parking in addition to the newly built 3 car garage. The property is almost completely fenced. There is a new spacious sunny deck that has a large hot tub and beautiful views of the San Francisco Bay. There is plenty of room to expand on the current home or add an additional garage and small apartment if one desires. The current owners completed their remodel in 2007 and added a master bathroom, office, and a 3 car garage to the existing structure.
